About the Role

As a Ruby Backend Engineer at Hasomed Tech, you will join a team committed to solving significant challenges within Germany’s mental healthcare system. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining robust backend services with Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborating across functions to innovate and enhance our software solutions.
• Ensuring code quality and system reliability through comprehensive testing and optimization.
• Contributing to the evolution of our architecture to ensure regulatory and legal compliance, scalability, and maintainability.

What We Expect

• Profound expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with its ecosystem.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services.
• Solid experience in building APIs (preferably GraphQL), ensuring they are efficient, maintainable, and effectively serve the front-end requirements.
